Shipping policy
Processing & Production Time All Cypress Street Clothing items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only. After production, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or there's a print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For lost packages, reach out and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
